CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit or incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
